Definition: Defines an assessment catalog, which is intended to support discovery of descriptive information about assessments available to a customer and the discovery of "Package IDs" which are necessary to place an order using HR-XML's assessment order specification. A "Package" may consist of one or more assessment instruments. The "Package" is the marketable unit that may be ordered.
