Documentation Indicates the group(s) applicable group for comparing assessment or appraisal results. For example, in the context of pre-hire assessments, this might be a Position Opening ID or Job Requisition Identifier. In the context of promotional or succession planning this might be an identifier for a position for which subjects are being considered or identifier for the grade or level of employees being tested. The client defines comparison groups.
