The diagram below shows the HR-XML PositionOpening and Candidate specifications used in the context of a typical recruiting scenario. Many other possible scenarios can be flexibly supported. Addtional profiles may be developed to support specific processes. For example, a profile on using HR-XML's Candidate schema within resume parsing processes.
