ProcessObjectivesPlan is an HR-XML Business Object Document (BOD). Each BOD contains an "Application Area" and a "Data Area." The Data Area contains a Verb and a Noun. For more information on the BOD architecture, see the section called “Business Object Documents”.
The Process verb is used to request processing of the associated noun by the receiving application or business party.
Supports the specification of objectives, groups of objectives, and related metrics and metadata. Used in integration of such systems as compensation management, business performance management, employee performance management, and project management systems.
