AcknowledgeObjectivesResult is an HR-XML Business Object Document (BOD). Each BOD contains an "Application Area" and a "Data Area." The Data Area contains a Verb and a Noun. For more information on the BOD architecture, see the section called “Business Object Documents”.
The Acknowledge verb is used to acknowledge the application receipt of a Process request. This function conveys the result of the original request. An example of this is Acknowledge PO, where a Process PO has been issued and the corresponding business application acknowledges the receipt of the PO and responds with an acceptance or a counter offer.

Contains information about results, against an objective plan (See ObjectivesPlan noun). Essentially, the same information can be communicated within EPMResult, which is a superset of information that can be reported within employee performance reports. ObjectivesResult is offered as a separate noun for integrations that may not involve the broad array of information available within EPMResult. See detailed documentation of ObjectivesResult components.
