ProcessCandidate

ProcessCandidate is an HR-XML Business Object Document (BOD). Each BOD contains an "Application Area" and a "Data Area." The Data Area contains a Verb and a Noun. For more information on the BOD architecture, see the section called “Business Object Documents”.

Verb: Process

The Process verb is used to request processing of the associated noun by the receiving application or business party.

Noun: Candidate

Defines a set of information about an applicant or prospective employee or resource. Like a resume, a Candidate document contains details about a person's education and professional experience. However, Candidate may include data that is not typically included on a Resume, such as remuneration requirements and various position preferences. See detailed documentation of Candidate components.
